Where can I find information about shipping?

On the "Shipping" page, you will find all information regarding the shipping options in our webshop.

How long does it take until I receive my order?

Normally, we ship your order the next business day after receiving it with Post Luxembourg.

Typically, your order should arrive within 3-5 business days.

Outside of Luxembourg, it may take 1-2 weeks for your books to arrive.

If you have not received your order after 2 weeks, we kindly ask you to contact us so that we can search for a solution together.

Which payment methods are available to me?

You can conveniently and securely pay for your order using the following providers:

  • PayPal
  • Apple Pay
  • Credit Card (VISA / Maestro)

How can I contact the publisher Op der Lay?

Do you have questions about our products or issues with your order in our online shop?

Use the button at the bottom right "Send us a message" to contact us directly. This is the fastest and easiest way to reach us. Alternatively, you can also send an email to shop@opderlay.lu.

We usually respond to your message within 24 hours.

Would you like to get in touch with our authors?

Just click on the button at the bottom right "Send us a message" and we will forward your request to the respective authors.

Why can't I reach you by phone?

Since we operate the publishing house part-time, we are not available by phone during regular office hours and recommend that you leave us a message using the "Send us a message" button down here on the bottom right. If you'd like, you can also provide us with your phone number and we will try to call you back after work if your question cannot be answered via email.

I have written a manuscript and would like to submit it. What do I need to do?
