Shipping Information

For all orders that are shipped, we offer you two options at checkout: Standard Letter or Letter with Track & Trace. If you choose the standard letter without tracking and your order does not arrive, we cannot offer you a refund or compensation.

For orders exceeding a certain amount and qualifying for free delivery, orders within Europe will automatically be sent as priority letters with tracking, and for the rest of the world, as standard mail with tracking. You can track the status of your order at any time on the official website of Post Luxembourg. Please allow 1-2 days for the activation of your tracking number, which you received in the confirmation email of your order: https://www.post.lu/particuliers/colis-courrier/track-and-trace#/search

For deliveries to Luxembourg, where delivery typically occurs faster than the activation of the tracking number, your order will be sent by priority letter without tracking.
